Great local business! Staff was very welcoming and friendly. I brought in my older vehicle with high mileage for an inspection, and they were very thorough and found a few parts to keep an eye on. They didn’t try and sell me on any repairs, and gave good advice on what to keep an eye out for. They got it done in a day even when they were a little busy. Great prices, good people, I will definitely take my vehicle back when I need work done on it.

A line had snapped under my car (was an Evap line). I lost my dad a couple of years back who was my mechanic. While searching for a mechanic that surely couldn’t replace my father, I went on Google and looked at the Google images of the shops and tried to pick a mechanic that my dad would trust. I went with Allen’s. I could not have been happier with my decision, and I think Dad would agree. They were friendly, did the work without charging an arm and a leg if they didn’t have to, and even gave me rides home instead of making me Uber (that might be common out here… I’m from Chicago where people aren’t as nice). I was in an out in 2 hours and under $75. I hope to never need them again, but if I do ever need a good mechanic, Allen’s has my lifelong dedication, at least as long as I live in Cincy!

I’ve been to this mechanic several times and every time, not only was the price extremely reasonable, but I got a detailed description of what work they’ve done and the work that they have done has been impeccable on top of the fact that they get me in and get my car out very quickly so that I’m not without my vehicle for very long at all. Their customer service is stellar and I highly recommend 10 out of 10!
